Dema Hope Real Estate is recruiting qualified candidates for Site Engineer (Customer Service Delegate) and Senior Accountant positions in Addis Ababa. Site Engineer (Customer Service Delegate) Place of Work: Addis Ababa Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Experience in real estate sales, property sales, or a related sales position is preferred/required according to the vacancy announcement. Strong understanding of construction, building materials, technical drawings, and basic site operations. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to confidently present properties and project sites to clients. Customer-oriented and target-driven approach. Proactive attitude and strong follow-up skills. Ability to work at project sites and interact directly with clients. Strong relationship-management skills. Key Responsibilities The role combines civil engineering/site knowledge with direct customer engagement. Responsibilities include: Presenting properties and project sites to prospective clients. Communicating with clients and addressing their needs during site visits. Using knowledge of construction, building materials, drawings, and site operations when engaging with customers. Supporting property and real estate sales activities. Maintaining follow-up and relationships with prospective and existing clients. Working toward assigned customer and sales targets. 2. Senior Accountant Place of Work: Addis Ababa Qualifications and Requirements At least 7 years of relevant work experience. At least 2 years of the required experience must be in a senior role. Experience in a real estate or construction environment is advantageous. Proven track record related to successful tax audits.
