Minimum CGPA: 3.0 for male applicants and 2.8 for female applicants. Knowledge of LV distribution, lighting, small power, earthing, lightning protection, and basic ELV systems. Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit MEP. 3. Junior Mechanical Design Engineer Education: BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Construction Management Technology (Mechanical/Electromechanical Engineering) Experience: 0 years Additional Requirements: Applicants must be graduates of the 2025 or 2026 academic years. Minimum CGPA: 3.0 for male applicants and 2.8 for female applicants. Knowledge of BIM model development, model federation, clash detection, and multidisciplinary coordination with architectural, structural, sanitary, and electrical disciplines. 4. Junior Design/BIM Structural Engineer Education: BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management Technology (Structural Engineering) Experience: 0 years Additional Requirements: Applicants must be graduates of the 2025 or 2026 academic years. Minimum CGPA: 3.0 for male applicants and 2.8 for female applicants. Knowledge of structural design, structural analysis, design documentation, and structural BIM modeling using relevant software. 5. Junior Design/BIM Highway Engineer Education: BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management Technology (Highway/Transportation Engineering) Experience: 0 years Additional Requirements: Applicants must be graduates of the 2025 or 2026 academic years. Minimum CGPA: 3.0 for male applicants and 2.8 for female applicants. Strong academic performance. Relevant internship or practicum exposure to road design or BIM modeling is encouraged. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Working knowledge of Civil 3D and InfraWorks is preferred. 6. Hydrogeologist Education: BSc or MSc Degree in Geology or a related field Experience: 2 years or 0 years, as specified in the source vacancy Additional Requirement: Knowledge of groundwater investigation and well development systems. 7. Architectural Engineer – Design & BIM (QC) Education: BSc or MSc Degree in Architecture Experience: 2 years or 0 years, as specified in the source vacancy Additional Requirements: Proven expertise in architectural QA/QC, BIM coordination, design review, and design management. Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit. Working knowledge of Navisworks. Understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 19650 standards. Knowledge of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Level of Detail/Information (LoD/LOIN), Common Data Environments (CDE), BIM auditing, and QA/QC procedures. ISO 9001 and/or BIM certification is an advantage. 8. CAD Technician III / Draftsperson Education: Diploma or Level 4/3/2/1 qualification in Drafting or CAD Technology Experience: 3, 4, 6, or 8 years, depending on the qualification/position requirements specified in the source Additional Requirements: Experience developing and maintaining structural BIM models. Experience producing 2D drawings, schedules, and quantity outputs from BIM models. Experience in CAD drafting for highways/roads. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D. Experience preparing plan, profile, and cross-section drawings for road alignments. Knowledge of geometric design. 9. Mechanical Design Engineer / Modeler Education: BSc or MSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering Experience: 2 years or 0 years, as specified in the source vacancy Additional Requirement: Basic knowledge of BIM model development, model federation, clash detection, and multidisciplinary coordination. 10.
