Chief Integration Officer

Position Summary The Chief Integration Officer ensures that Agrinovv operates as one coordinated organization by translating strategy into execution, aligning directors, managing cross-functional dependencies, and ensuring effective enterprise-wide planning and delivery. Use our email: recruitment@lersha.com Key Responsibilities Translate CEO and Board strategy into executable enterprise plans and roadmaps. Lead annual and quarterly cross-director planning and alignment. Align OKRs, priorities, resources, and timelines across directorates. Manage cross-functional dependencies and resolve execution conflicts. Monitor enterprise performance, milestones, risks, and delivery progress. Chair executive delivery and integration forums. Provide consolidated performance and risk reports to the CEO. Ensure clear accountability, decision-making, and ownership across directorates. Prevent duplication, silos, and structural gaps as the organization scales. Support enterprise transformation and continuous improvement. Key Deliverables Enterprise planning and operating rhythm. Integrated performance dashboard. Cross-director governance framework. Strategic initiative sequencing and prioritization framework. Enterprise risk overview. Director accountability matrix. Standardized monthly CEO executive report. Qualifications & Experience Master’s degree or above in Business, Strategy, Organizational Leadership, or a related field. 15+ years of leadership experience, with 7+ years in cross-functional or executive roles. Experience in complex, multi-business, or rapidly scaling organizations. Strong experience in strategy execution, organizational transformation, and enterprise performance management. Strong systems thinking, stakeholder management, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
