Temer Properties Job Vacancies 2026 1. Sales Supervisor Location: Addis Ababa Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory position. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage teams effectively and meet deadlines. Key Competencies Leadership and team management. Problem-solving and conflict resolution. Performance monitoring and reporting. Strong communication and organizational skills. 2. Videographer and Video Editor Location: Addis Ababa Qualifications and Experience Diploma in Film Production, Broadcasting, Television Production, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in videography and video editing. Demonstrated experience in both filming and post-production. Strong portfolio showing commercial and branded content projects. Technical Requirements Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects. Strong understanding of lighting and composition. Good camera-operation skills. Creative vision combined with strong technical execution. Ability to manage deadlines effectively. 3. Marketing Execution Manager Location: Addis Ababa Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage. Experience Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, marketing communications, advertising, campaign management, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred. Experience in real estate, construction, FMCG, or other customer-focused industries is an advantage.
