Production Manager/ Plant Manager

Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production of ready-mix concrete to meet demand and delivery schedules.Manage and supervise batching plant operations and personnel, including batching operators, plant technicians, and support staff.Ensure the consistent quality of concrete mixes by coordinating with the quality control department.Monitor plant performance and productivity, analyzing KPIs to improve efficiency and reduce waste.Oversee raw material inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and downtime is minimized through preventive maintenance planning.Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.Troubleshoot production problems and implement corrective actions to avoid delays or quality issues.Work closely with logistics, sales, and technical departments to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve customer issues.Prepare and submit regular reports on production output, efficiency, maintenance, and workforce performance.Support continuous improvement initiatives, cost control, and plant optimization strategies.
