Storekeeper

Elmi Olindo Contractors Private Limited Company is hiring a storekeeper. Key Responsibilities: 1. Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies. 2. Organize and store inventory in designated locations. 3. Maintain accurate inventory records using manual or computerized systems. 4. Issue materials and supplies to departments as required. 5. Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase requisitions for replenishment. 6. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies. 7. Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of goods. 8. Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations. 9. Prepare inventory and stock reports for management. 10. Coordinate with suppliers, purchasing, and other departments regarding stock requirements. Qualifications and Requirements  High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory or warehouse management is an advantage.  Previous experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or in a similar role.  Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.  Good organizational and record-keeping abilities.  Strong attention to detail and accuracy.  Ability to lift and move materials when required.  Good communication and teamwork skills.
