Work days: Monday - Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM), Saturday (8:30 AM - 12:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities:
1) Develop design concepts, technical drawings, and presentations.
2) Prepare 2D as-built drawings and 3D models.
3) Prepare shop drawings for the workshop team.
4) Produce renderings and visualizations.
5) Support quantity surveying and material specifications.
6) Conduct site measurements and documentation.
7) Assist in supervision and client coordination.
8) Lead design projects and monitor site construction work.
Required Software Proficiency: Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, D5, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office package.
Qualifications
Strong foundational skills in architecture and architectural design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and models.
Working knowledge of software development and integration as they relate to design tools, workflows, or digital collaboration platforms is an advantage.
Ability to support project management activities, including basic scheduling, documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a closely related field.
Proficiency in common architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and basic familiarity with visualization tools.
Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to follow design standards and project guidelines.
Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to receive and apply feedback constructively.
Knowledge of local building codes, materials, and construction practices in Ethiopia is a plus.
