Senior Planning Engineer

We’re Hiring: Senior Planning Engineer – Ethiopia Project | Shafa Group We are looking for an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our team for our new projects(fit-out and finishing) based in Ethiopia (Africa). Position Details Location: Ethiopia Mobilization: Within 20–30 days Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Ethiopia Key Requirements Experience: 10–15 years in planning and scheduling of large-scale residential, commercial, Hotels and luxurious high-budget villa projects (fit-out & finishing works) — preferably in GCC or international markets . Expertise: Proven record in preparing baseline programs, resource allocation, progress monitoring, and recovery plans . Project Control: Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, forecasting, material tracking, and reporting using Primavera P6 / MS Project . Coordination: Ability to work closely with Project Managers, Consultants, and Subcontractors to ensure alignment with timelines and deliverables. Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of civil, architectural, interior fit-out, and MEP works with respect to planning and sequencing. Software Proficiency: Excellent command of Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel for advanced planning and reporting. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (BE/B.Tech) from a recognized university. Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and reporting abilities. Availability: Immediate joiners preferred (maximum notice period: 20–30 days).
