Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Supervisor to lead our marketing and brand communication initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, enhancing brand visibility, supporting sales growth, and identifying new market opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation in the real estate sector. Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Social Media Develop and execute marketing campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), Telegram, and emerging digital channels. Manage the company's online presence and ensure brand consistency. Monitor digital trends, audience engagement, and competitor activities. Plan and oversee paid advertising campaigns and audience targeting strategies. Marketing Analytics & Customer Insights Analyze customer demographics, market trends, campaign performance, and engagement metrics. Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, TikTok Analytics, and CRM platforms. Identify and define target customer segments including investors, homeowners, diaspora buyers, and hospitality clients. Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports with actionable recommendations. Content Creation & Brand Management Lead the development of high-quality marketing content, including: Videos and project teasers Reels and short-form content Website content Brochures and sales materials Podcasts and media appearances Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and external agencies. Ensure all content reflects the company's premium brand identity. Public Relations & Media Engagement Represent the company in media appearances, interviews, podcasts, press briefings, and public events. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, industry partners, and real estate platforms. Support corporate communications and reputation management initiatives. Strategic Market Development Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Identify emerging customer trends and business opportunities. Contribute innovative ideas for future developments, customer experiences, and market expansion strategies. Sales & KPI Management Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to enhance lead generation and conversion performance. Develop measurable KPIs for marketing and sales activities. Prepare annual marketing plans, campaign calendars, launch strategies, and performance objectives. Monitor marketing ROI and sales funnel effectiveness. QualificationsRequired Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field. 4–6 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within real estate, hospitality, luxury brands, or lifestyle industries. Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and social media growth strategies. Proven experience in campaign management and content development. Excellent analytical, reporting, communication, and presentation skills. Comfortable representing the company publicly and appearing on camera. Experience with CRM systems, analytics tools, and marketing software. Preferred Knowledge of the Ethiopian real estate market and diaspora buyer behavior. Experience managing influencers, agencies, and creative production teams. Photography, videography, or creative direction experience. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
