Sales and Cashier

Job Summary  The Sales and Cashier is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, promoting and selling the company's products, processing sales transactions accurately, and supporting daily showroom and warehouse operations.  Key Duties and Responsibilities  - Welcome customers warmly and provide professional customer service. - Understand customer requirements and explain the features and benefits of our products. - Promote and sell the company's products to achieve sales objectives. - Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive showroom environment. - Prepare and issue invoices using a cash register machine or manually. - Handle cash and other payment transactions accurately. - Issue products from the warehouse according to approved sales orders. - Prepare monthly reports required by the Ethiopian Ministry of Revenue and other internal reports. - Maintain accurate sales records and support inventory control. - Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.  Qualifications  - Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing, Accounting, Management, or another related field.  Experience  - 3–5 years of relevant work experience in sales and cashier operations. - Experience in construction materials sales is highly preferred. - Experience using a cash register (POS) system is an added advantage. Required Competencies  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong customer service and sales skills. - Good numerical, record-keeping, and organizational skills. - Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - Good computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
