Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Executes all planned (preventive) jobs safely and OTIF.
Executes planned (preventive) legal related maintenance tasks safely and OTIF.
Provide feedback to co-workers in case of unsafe or unsustainable behaviours.
Executes all planned (preventive) jobs OTIF and with the required quality.
Monitor PDS calibration with a required quality
Executes all planned (preventive) work.
Conducts Tagging if required or appropriate.
Supports AM by demonstrating (CILT) standards.
Applies standards during part change
Repairs for the damaged FLT parts.
Continues and follows up on breakdown analysis.
Utilizes the workstation based on the 5S standard
Approve CILT execution using Parasabel and Audit FLT CILT on shop floor.
Execute tasks in Battery charging room (Battery, Crane, and Charger)
Monitor tag/ detag on daily basis
Responsible on Manito, Sizers and Skyworks on planned and unplanned maintenance execution
Responsible on BDA/RCFA execution
Reports to Garage team Leader.
Communicates and cooperates with FLT operations and shift TL before, during and after execution of FLT maintenance.
Receives and execute planned and unplanned work from the Garage team leader.
Participates in RCFA (5 why) or organized for his/her team to participate, including training/mentoring.
Trains FLTs operators in troubleshooting of frequent failures.
Supports operators on inspection and tightening of FLT after CILT
Proactively coordinates and manages the development and usage of Visual Management, Poke, Yoke and CBM for PM / CILT tasks.
Drives CILT work and helps to train FLT operators in AM and CILT execution.
Involve and lead improvement team
Responsible on Garage 5S sustainability and Hygiene
Daily collects required maintenance information and data from FLT and machineries operator.
Reports on planned maintenance work (technical and administrative reporting).
Monitor MTBF registration on daily basis and report to Garage TL.
Job Requirements
Education
Advanced Diploma and above in technical fields:
Auto mechanics, Mechanical and/or similar for Auto Technician: Mechanics
Auto electricity and/or for Auto Technician: Electricians
Experience And Skills
2 years and above working experience in maintenance
Fulfil all requirements listed in “Engineering/Technicians Job Leveling Matrix” Level 1.
One Star Tec assessments successfully passed (practical / theoretical) and improvement on the mandatory KPI.
E-learning Certificate-Maintenance completed.
Comply with safety standards (LSR/LOTO).
Participate in TAG /DETAG
Independent user in windows/office/ Maximo
Adhere to shop floor standard, participate in 5S teams.
TPM / Lean / 6 Sigma, etc.
Demonstrate level I behavior.
Good trouble-shooting skills.
Very good technical machine/forklift knowledge.
Experienced in TPM and ability to execute AM activities and to train operators in AM.
Ability to actively support and participate in BDA.
Basic knowledge of maintenance engineering, supply and inventory management processes.
