The program combines hands-on experience, functional rotations, coaching, learning, and real business assignments to help 2026 graduates develop practical skills and prepare for future responsibilities within their respective fields. Available Positions Graduate Trainee – Manufacturing — 1 position Graduate Trainee – Finance — 1 position Graduate Trainee – Human Resources — 1 position 1. Graduate Trainee – Manufacturing Qualifications BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering. CGPA: 3.5 or above. Successful completion of the exit exam. Only 2026 graduates will be considered. Functional Exposure The program provides practical exposure to: Production Quality Maintenance Engineering Safety Process improvement Manufacturing planning Skills Continuous learning. Commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Graduate Trainee – Finance Qualifications BA degree in Accounting and Finance. CGPA: 3.5 or above. Successful completion of the exit exam. Only 2026 graduates will be considered. Functional Exposure The program provides practical exposure to: Financial accounting Management accounting Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) Treasury Taxation Internal controls Financial reporting Skills Continuous learning.
