About the Role
This is a field-facing, relationship-driven role at the heart of BTT's growth strategy. You will be the face of Bright Techno Tonic in the field, building lasting partnerships with private schools, attending institutional events, and converting relationships into signed agreements that bring our platforms to thousands of Ethiopian students.

What You Will Do
Identify, approach, and engage private school directors, administrators, and decision-makers on behalf of BTT
Attend school graduation ceremonies, closing events, and academic functions to represent the brand and initiate partnerships
Present BTT's partnership offer to school leadership and guide them through the full process from first conversation to signed partnership agreement
Manage and maintain relationships with existing partner schools, ensuring they remain active, satisfied, and expanding their engagement
Track all outreach activity, pipeline progress, and partnership status using BTT's internal tracking system
Coordinate with the Creative Production team to ensure printed materials, brochures, and event kits are ready for every school visit
Represent BTT's values professionally at all times in every school interaction
Report weekly to the CMO on outreach progress, challenges, and pipeline movement
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, school relations, or institutional outreach
Fluent in Amharic and English, written and spoken
Confident, presentable, and comfortable initiating conversations with senior school leadership
Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple school relationships simultaneously
Comfortable with consistent field work and travel within Addis Ababa
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working with private schools, educational institutions, NGOs, or partnership-based organizations.
Existing professional network within the education sector is an advantage.
Experience in partnership development, institutional outreach, or business development.
