Customer Service Representative (English Speaking)
to join our team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team when necessary
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system
Meet performance targets, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
in any field (mandatory)
Fluent in
English
(spoken and written)
Willingness to
relocate to Malaysia
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
