Key Responsibilities
Assist in conducting routine quality inspections and checks.
Monitor daily production/service processes to ensure standards are met.
Identify defects and report non-conformities to the supervisor.
Maintain quality control records and documentation.
Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Location: Addis Ababa, Bole Flamingo Sunshine tower near to Marriot International Hotel
About You
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in hospitality industry.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
