Key Purpose Statement To effectively manage and recover outstanding customer debt by executing structured collection strategies, ensuring timely resolution of credit queries, and maintaining accurate customer accounts. The role is responsible for supporting cash flow optimization, minimizing financial risk, and delivering excellent customer service while ensuring full compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and credit management procedures.
