Branch Manager Class IV – Interest Free Banking (IFB) Branch Qualification: BA in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or EconomicsExperience: Minimum 8 years in banking, including 3 years in a supervisory role; IFB experience preferredResponsibilities:Lead and manage branch operationsEnsure compliance with banking procedures and IFB practicesDrive branch sales and customer service initiativesPrepare annual budgets, operational plans, and progress reportsLocation: IFB Branches, Addis Ababa 2.
