Required Qualifications and Experience: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field, such as Human Resources, Personnel Management, Industrial Psychology, Economics, or a related discipline. Experience: 6–8 years of relevant experience as a Human Resources generalist, including proven experience managing an HR section or division. At least 3 years of experience as an HR professional working directly with senior leadership in a corporate environment. Foundational knowledge or experience in change management and people organization plans. Experience or exposure to coaching leaders to achieve behavioral change. Additional Qualification: A postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
