Talent Acquisition Specialist – 2 Positions
We are looking for 2 proactive Talent Acquisition Specialists to manage end-to-end recruitment for our clients. You will source, screen, and hire the best talent while providing excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for assigned positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.
Screen CVs, conduct structured interviews, and assess candidates against job requirements.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs.
Manage multiple recruitment assignments and ensure timely delivery.
Client & Candidate Management
Work closely with clients and hiring managers to understand role requirements and define candidate profiles.
Maintain professional and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Provide insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and recruitment strategies.
Build strong relationships with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Talent Attraction & Reporting
Support career fairs, networking events, recruitment campaigns, and employer-branding initiatives.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases.
Prepare recruitment reports and key recruitment metrics for management and clients.
Stay updated on recruitment trends, best practices, and talent acquisition technologies.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable labor laws and internal policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in HR consulting, recruitment, or corporate HR.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Proven ability to source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Excellent communication, interviewing, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment/ATS tools; knowledge of Ethiopian labor law is an advantage.
