This is a key leadership role supporting a valued, long-standing client to deliver exciting and diverse flood and coastal projects 🌊. As an essential member of the Safety & Risk Team, you’ll act as the regional technical lead , managing and resourcing a team delivering Principal Designer and CDM Advisor services across a varied and interesting portfolio of schemes. About The Role Lead and manage a team of Safety & Risk Consultants across the South West Work closely with client Project Managers, internal stakeholders, Health, Safety & Wellbeing teams, and external delivery partners 🤝 Support projects from feasibility through outline & detailed design to construction on site Ensure designs consider buildability, sustainability, environmental impact and health & safety from the outset ♻️ Essential Requirements Chartered Safety Professional Relevant degree or diploma Strong working knowledge of the CDM Regulations 2015 Full UK Driving Licence 🚗 Excellent communication and organisational skills Desirable Requirements Strong report writing capability ✍️ A proactive mindset with a drive to innovate Willingness to work away from the office for short periods Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent record keeping skills
