We are looking to recruit
7 International Service Engineers
for our Ethiopia team.
6 positions
cover excavators, road machinery, cranes, and other heavy equipment, while
1 dedicated position
focuses on
truck services
– with a
strong emphasis on electrical expertise
.
馃搷Key Responsibilities (All Roles):
Perform pre鈥慳cceptance inspection, commissioning, routine maintenance, site inspections, breakdown calls, technical upgrades, and customer training;
Drive aftermarket business, including parts sales and billable service for out鈥憃f鈥憌arranty equipment;
Enhance service brand reputation, strengthen customer relationships, and provide product improvement feedback.
馃敡General Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, or related field;
Proven repair and maintenance experience with relevant equipment, able to independently diagnose and resolve faults;
Strong customer service and communication skills, capable of delivering operator training;
Aftermarket sales awareness; parts sales experience is a plus;
Good English proficiency for daily work and business communication;
Willingness to work long鈥憈erm in Ethiopia; overseas experience preferred;
Responsible, team鈥憃riented, and culturally adaptable.
馃敡Truck Service Engineer – Specific Requirement:
This position
must have strong electrical troubleshooting and repair skills
, with solid knowledge of truck electrical systems (e.g., engine ECUs, wiring harnesses, sensors, CAN bus, etc.).
The technical assessment for this role will place extra weight on electrical competence.

All candidates will take a technical test covering
electrical systems, hydraulics, diesel engines, and drivetrain
. For the truck engineer role, the electrical section will be emphasized.
