Job Description

About the Role Mozocare and Sinodia Healthcare are expanding their Pan-Africa Oncology Network and seeking experienced and internationally oriented Medical Oncologists to support cancer care development, cross-border treatment coordination, tele-oncology services, multidisciplinary tumor boards, and clinical collaboration initiatives across Africa. The role combines clinical expertise, international patient management, digital health collaboration, and oncology program development with leading hospitals and healthcare partners across Africa, India, the Middle East, Turkey, and Asia. Key Responsibilities Provide expert medical oncology consultations for international and local patients. Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and second-opinion programs. Support treatment planning for chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, precision oncology, and advanced cancer care. Collaborate with hospitals, oncology centers, and healthcare partners across Africa. Support telemedicine and remote oncology consultation initiatives. Assist in developing oncology referral pathways and international treatment coordination. Participate in medical camps, awareness programs, CME activities, and professional workshops. Contribute to oncology program development and strategic partnerships. Support patient navigation for advanced treatments including: CAR-T Cell Therapy Precision Oncology Bone Marrow Transplant Immunotherapy Advanced Radiation Oncology Maintain high ethical and evidence-based clinical standards. Preferred Qualifications MD / DM / DNB / Fellowship in Medical Oncology or equivalent specialization. Minimum 5+ years of oncology practice experience preferred. International exposure or experience with cross-border patient care is an advantage. Strong understanding of modern oncology protocols and emerging cancer therapies. Experience in telemedicine, digital health, or multidisciplinary oncology collaboration is preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Willingness to travel across African countries when required.
