Commission Sales Associate

Lumacy Digital is a digital studio building websites, software, and business systems for ambitious companies. We're looking for a Sales Associate to help us find businesses that need better digital solutions and turn those opportunities into clients. What you'll sell You'll represent Lumacy across a range of digital solutions, including: Business websites Custom web & mobile applications Business management systems Dashboards & internal tools Booking & reservation systems E-commerce platforms Business automation Customer portals & digital platforms Payment & digital transaction systems Custom software built around a company's specific needs Your job isn't to sell. Your job is to understand what a business needs and identify how Lumacy can solve it. What you'll do Find businesses that could benefit from digital solutions Prospect through Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, LinkedIn, email, and other channels Contact business owners and decision-makers Start conversations and identify their problems Present relevant Lumacy solutions Follow up with prospects Schedule calls/meetings when necessary Negotiate and help close deals Maintain and grow your own sales pipeline 💰 Compensation Commission-based. No fixed salary. You earn money for every client you successfully bring to Lumacy. No commission ceiling. The bigger the project, the more you earn. Exact commission structure will be discussed during the interview.
