Role Description
A vast Advertising and Engineering PLC is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Marketing Officer will be responsible for conducting market research, implementing marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, developing advertisements, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve business growth. Additional responsibilities include monitoring market trends, coordinating promotional activities, and creating impactful marketing campaigns to align with company goals.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Market Research and strong analytical skills to identify trends and insights.
Hands-on experience in Marketing and Sales to design and execute effective campaigns.
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and convey ideas effectively.
Knowledge and expertise in Social Media Marketing to manage and engage on various platforms effectively.
Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is considered an advantage.
Prior experience in a similar role in advertising or marketing will be highly regarded.
