Sales and Marketing Officer The Sales and Marketing Officer will promote the company's solar products and services, develop customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support revenue growth through marketing and sales activities. Required Qualifications and Experience Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience for degree holders or 1 year for diploma holders in marketing or sales. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Good understanding of the Ethiopian market. Preferred Qualifications Experience in renewable energy or solar products. Experience in digital marketing or social media marketing. Strong customer relationship management skills. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote solar products and services. Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities and partnerships. Conducting market research to identify potential customers and market trends. Preparing and delivering sales presentations and product demonstrations. Managing client relationships and customer follow-ups. Coordinating with technical teams to support successful project delivery. Supporting the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and contracts. Participating in trade fairs, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
