Call for Senior Experts: Team Leader/Capital Markets Strategy and Senior Investment Risk Management and Capital Markets Expert EAGate Holdings SAS is looking for senior experts to support an upcoming consultancy assignment focusing on reviewing, refining and operationalising its Capital Markets Strategy. 1. Team Leader_Capital Markets Strategy/Ethiopia We are particularly interested in experts with experience in: Developing capital markets strategies for sovereign wealth funds, state-owned investment holdings or similar institutions Investment governance frameworks, investment policies, strategic asset allocation and investment decision-making Investment risk management frameworks, risk appetite statements and investment limits Domestic and overseas investment strategies, including IPOs, bond issuance, investment funds and portfolio management Securitisation, sustainable finance and ESG integration Strategy implementation, institutional capacity building and stakeholder engagement Key mandatory requirements: Experience leading at least two similar assignments within the last seven (7) years. Demonstrated experience in strategy development for sovereign wealth funds, state asset management entities or comparable institutions. Good understanding of capital market regulatory frameworks and practical experience as an operator, practitioner or adviser, preferably in Africa or comparable developing economies. Availability to lead the assignment and engage senior technical experts throughout its implementation. 2. Senior Investment Risk Management and Capital Markets Expert, Ethiopia We are particularly interested in experts with experience in: Investment risk management frameworks, risk assessment and risk appetite statements Market, credit, liquidity, foreign exchange, counterparty and operational risk management Domestic and overseas investment operations and portfolio management Strategic asset allocation, investment evaluation and external fund manager selection IPOs, bond issuance, investment funds and capital mobilisation ESG integration, sustainable finance and green, social and sustainability-linked instruments Securitisation, including asset-backed and infrastructure-backed securities Key mandatory requirements: Experience in at least two relevant assignments involving investment management, capital markets or similar institutional advisory services. Strong technical expertise in investment risk management and investment governance. Demonstrated experience in domestic and/or international investments and capital market operations. Proven expertise in ESG, sustainable finance or securitisation, with availability to contribute as a senior technical expert.
