Job Summary The Senior Risk/Compliance Management Officer is responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting the Bank's enterprise-wide risks while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, directives, and internal policies. The position supports the development and implementation of effective risk management and regulatory compliance frameworks to safeguard the Bank's financial stability and operational integrity. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor the Bank's enterprise risk management framework. Identify, assess, measure, and monitor financial and non-financial risks. Monitor market, credit, liquidity, and operational risk exposures. Conduct risk assessments, stress testing, and scenario analysis. Develop and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and risk reporting dashboards. Ensure compliance with applicable capital market laws, regulations, directives, and internal policies. Monitor regulatory compliance and identify potential compliance gaps. Prepare periodic risk and compliance reports for management and relevant governance bodies. Recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies and corrective measures. Coordinate risk management and compliance activities across the Bank's departments.
