Job Description

Yango Group is looking for a Support Specialist to join our team in Ethiopia. In this role, you’ll help resolve customer inquiries, manage complex cases, gather feedback, and track support interactions. You will be responsible for: • Providing timely and effective support to customers over various communication channels, including email, phone, and chat; • Assisting with complex cases in a timely and professional manner; • Updating customer records and maintaining accurate support interaction logs; • Collaborating with the team to ensure high-quality support and customer satisfaction. You might be a fit if you have: • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Amharic and English; • A personal laptop or PC with stable internet and power supply, including backup sources; • The ability to work in a team and support colleagues; • A willingness to learn and develop professional skills; • Readiness to work night shifts on a 4-days-on/3-days-off schedule.
