Company Description we are LUY systems working in financial sector.(full time) addis ababa Role Description This is a full-time for an Operations Manager, based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The selected candidate will oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities include supervising staff, developing and implementing operational processes, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The role also involves identifying opportunities for process improvements, monitoring operational performance, and collaborating with various departments to achieve organizational objectives. Remote work may be permitted for certain tasks. Qualifications Leadership, team management, and decision-making skills Experience in operations, process improvement, and project management Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills Proficiency in business software, including ERP systems and data analysis tools Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt to hybrid work structures, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities Experience in managing budgets and understanding financial principles Familiarity with the digital solutions or technology sector is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred salary (6500+bonus and tasks)
