Group Treasury and Tax Manager

Educational Qualification Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Fiscal Studies, or a related quantitative business discipline. ACCA, CPA, or CIMA professional certification is highly preferred. Work Experience At least 8 years of progressive experience in corporate finance. At least 3–4 years of specialized experience managing treasury or tax functions within a multi-company organization or major manufacturing group. Required Skills and Competencies Advanced knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws and regulatory requirements. Strong treasury, liquidity, and cash flow management skills. Experience in corporate tax planning, compliance, and risk management. Knowledge of manufacturing operations, customs, and import/export procedures. Proficiency in ERP systems, including Odoo or Microsoft-based systems, and advanced Excel. Strong financial analysis, negotiation, and leadership skills.
