The role includes monitoring and risk assessment, ensuring timely and effective front desk management, and maintaining smooth patient flow throughout the OPD process. The OPD Lead will also coordinate with the multidisciplinary team, supervise and support front desk staff, and help ensure the overall smooth operation of the team.
