JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for overseeing integrated facility and community operations to ensure efficient delivery of services in line with SLAs and KPIs. The role ensures operational excellence across engineering, soft services, and security functions while maintaining strong client relationships and compliance with safety standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
1. Facility & Property Management Operations
Supervise property management teams to ensure service delivery aligns with defined SLAs and KPIs
Review and analyze property management and operational performance reports
Ensure efficient coordination of engineering, soft services, and security operations
2. Leadership & Supervision
Participate in recruitment, selection, promotion, disciplinary actions, and terminations
Monitor staffing levels and ensure optimal resource allocation across site operations
Lead training, development, and coaching of outsourced FM teams
Demonstrate leadership behavior aligned with organizational values
3. Safety & Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to work permit systems across all operations
Enforce site-wide safety standards and compliance requirements
Manage emergency preparedness and response coordination
4. Client Relations
Maintain regular engagement with clients and stakeholders
Manage and resolve client complaints in a timely and professional manner
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive service delivery
Qualifications and Experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience
3–6 years of experience in facility management, property operations, or integrated FM services.
Experience managing outsourced FM teams (engineering, soft services, security) is an advantage.
Exposure to SLA/KPI-driven operational environments within property or estate management.
Experience in client-facing operational roles within real estate, commercial, or mixed-use developments preferred.
Proficiency in CMMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for reporting and performance tracking is preferred.
Knowledge and Skills
Strong understanding of integrated facility management operations, including engineering, soft services, and security functions.
Knowledge of SLA/KPI frameworks and operational performance monitoring in FM environments.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills in managing outsourced or multi-disciplinary teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to engage clients professionally.
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to respond to operational issues and service disruptions effectively.
Good understanding of health, safety, and compliance requirements in facility operations, including permit-to-work systems.
Strong organizational and coordination skills with ability to prioritize operational tasks across multiple service streams.
High attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through in service delivery monitoring.
Ability to work independently, manage site operations, and ensure consistent service delivery under pressure.
