What You’ll Do
Employee Offboarding Cycle: Managing the end-to-end offboarding lifecycle for all turnover types, ensuring strict adherence to internal policies and statutory legal requirements.
Labor cases resolution: Managing labor case resolution through Jira, consistently meeting or exceeding established SLAs to ensure timely and compliant outcomes.
Execute employees termination: Execute employment terminations, including resignation with notice (desahucio) and dismissals for cause.
Compliance and Legal Report: Managing occupational accident compliance by overseeing the end-to-end reporting process for workplace and commuting incidents (IDOPPRIL submissions) and strict adherence to Ministry of Labor filing deadlines of all proper documentations.
Payroll Severance Process: Executing end-to-end severance payroll validation to ensure the absolute accuracy and legal compliance of final settlements for all departing employees.
