Summer Real Estate PLC is hiring Real Estate Sales Agents to join its growing sales team in Ethiopia. The recruitment focuses on sales of apartments and commercial shops, customer acquisition, lead generation, and property sales. A total of 200 people are required. Job Summary Company: Summer Real Estate PLC Position: Special Real Estate Sales Agent Industry: Real Estate / Property Sales Number of Vacancies: 200 Primary Sales: Apartments and commercial shops Application Deadline: October 5, 2026 Application Method: Telegram Key Responsibilities Drive sales of apartments and commercial properties. Develop new customer networks and generate qualified leads. Convert prospects into successful sales. Develop lead-generation strategies through social media, digital marketing, networking, field prospecting, and personal selling. Build and maintain customer relationships. Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, follow-ups, and closing activities. Set, meet, and exceed sales targets. Provide customer service throughout the sales process. Qualifications and Experience Senior / Special Real Estate Sales Agent Bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognized institution. Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the real estate sector, preferably in apartment or commercial property sales. Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and customer relationship management is an advantage. Fluency in Amharic is required. English or another language is an advantage. Alternative Social Media Sales Profile Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant sales experience may also be considered if they have strong TikTok or social-media expertise, including: Sales-oriented content creation and promotion experience. An active and engaged diaspora audience. At least 10,000 followers on TikTok or another relevant social-media platform. Demonstrated ability to generate leads and sales through social media. Junior Sales Agent Candidates with at least 6 months of real estate sales experience may be considered for the Junior Sales Agent opportunity. Candidates without prior experience in real estate sales or a related sales field will not be considered.
