Experience: Master’s degree: 2 years of experience Bachelor’s degree: 4 years of relevant experience Technical Competencies: Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis tools, and financial management. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ethical mindset and commitment to transparency, integrity, and responsible financial practices. Knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS, and ERP systems. Experience and knowledge of IFMIS and IFRIS. Duty Station: NEBE Headquarters, Addis Ababa 3. Finance Expert Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field. Experience: Master’s degree: 5 years of experience Bachelor’s degree: 7 years of experience Technical Competencies: Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis tools, and financial management. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to financial and non-financial stakeholders. Financial Management Systems Expert Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Experience: Master’s degree: 5 years of experience Bachelor’s degree: 7 years of experience Required Skills: Proficiency in financial management software, ERP systems, and integration platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues. Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
