Enat Bank S.C. is inviting applications for multiple positions in Ethiopia, including a Junior Customer Service Specialist opportunity for fresh graduates and experienced positions in banking operations, branch management, change management, and partnerships. The vacancies are located in Ginir and Addis Ababa. Available Positions 1. Junior Customer Service Specialist – Fresh Graduate Opportunity Location: Ginir Education: BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 for male applicants and 2.75 for female applicants. Experience: No prior experience is required. Other Requirement: Exit Exam is mandatory. Age: 30 years. 2. Branch Accounts Administrator – Grade B Location: Ginir Education: BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, or a related field. Experience: 3.5 years of experience in banking operations. At least 1 year of experience as a Senior Customer Service Officer or equivalent position. 3. Senior Customer Service Specialist Location: Ginir Education: BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, or a related field. Experience: 1.5 years of experience in banking operations. At least 6 months of experience in a CSS position. 4. Branch Manager – Grade C Location: Ginir Education and Experience: MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field with: 6.5 years of experience for male candidates. 5.5 years of experience for female candidates. OR BA in the same fields with: 8.5 years of experience for male candidates. 7.5 years of experience for female candidates. Experience should be in the banking industry, including either: 2 years as Customer Services Manager Grade B; or 3 years as Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A. 5. Change Management & Partnership Officer Location: Addis Ababa Education: BA in Marketing & Communication, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Experience: 3.5 years of experience in relevant fields. Experience in the banking industry is preferred. 6. Senior Change Management & Partnership Officer Location: Addis Ababa Education: BA/MBA/MA in Marketing & Communication, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Experience: 5.5/3.5 years of experience in relevant fields. Experience in the banking industry is preferred. At least 2 years of experience in a relevant officer position.
