Job Title: Regional Sales Supervisor Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Sales Manager Supervises: Sales Representatives / Territory Sales Officers Location: Assigned Region, Ethiopia Industry: Edible Oil Manufacturing & Distribution About You Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field. Diploma with significant relevant experience may be considered depending on company policy. Training or certification in sales and marketing is an advantage Experience  Minimum 3–5 years of relevant sales experience. At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory position is preferred. Experience in FMCG, edible oil, food and beverage, consumer goods, or manufacturing industries is highly desirable. Experience managing distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and field sales teams is an advantage.
