Develop and implement educational programs for children of various age groups

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in educational program management
Experience working with vulnerable children or in humanitarian settings
Strong knowledge of child-centered teaching methodologies
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Fluency in English and Amharic
