Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, source top-tier talent, and guide candidates through a seamless, engaging interview experience. Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and ideal candidate profiles. Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals. Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and evaluate candidates against both technical skills and cultural alignment. Manage the end-to-end interview process, coordinating schedules, gathering interviewer feedback, and debriefing teams. Extend competitive offers, handle negotiations, and manage closing processes successfully. Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring metrics within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Requirements Experience: 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate in-house setting. Sourcing Skills: Proven proficiency in utilizing sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter) and Boolean search techniques. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset. Organization: Strong ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
