Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project General Forman to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of a large-scale construction project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the activities of a team of Forman’s sub-contractors, and laborers to ensure project goals are met. Implement weekly project schedules, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with project managers and other stakeholders. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies. Identify and resolve day to day construction issues minimizing delays and costs. Manage materials, equipment, and resources to optimize efficiency and minimize waste. About You Qualification and experience  Technical Diploma in construction, or a related field. At least 12 years of experience in a similar role as a Project General Foreman or equivalent experience in real estate projects. Competencies: Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
