Chinese Translator

JOB OPPORTUNITY | CHINESE TRANSLATOR Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia Employment Type: Full-Time We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chinese Translator to support our international business activities, particularly in tourism, import and export operations, and international business relations. Key Responsibilities Provide Chinese–English and Chinese–Amharic translation and interpretation. Facilitate communication with Chinese partners, suppliers, and investors. Support tourism-related activities and trade operations. Translate business documents, agreements, and correspondence. Accompany management on local and international business trips. Support Ethiopia–China business partnerships and tourism promotion. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language, Translation, Tourism, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience . HSK Level 4 or above. Experience or exposure to tourism and import/export sectors. Excellent Chinese and English proficiency; Amharic is required. Knowledge of Ethiopian tourist destinations and cultural heritage. Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally. Strong communication, organizational, and cross-cultural skills.
