What You'll Do
As an Appointment Setter, you will play a critical role in helping businesses connect with potential customers and generate new revenue opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and other digital outreach channels
Identify and engage decision-makers across multiple industries
Schedule qualified sales appointments for clients and sales teams
Follow approved outreach strategies and messaging campaigns
Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within CRM systems
Consistently achieve and exceed appointment-setting and productivity goals
Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign performance and lead quality
Qualifications
Required
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
Technical Requirements
Computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and Intel i3 processor (or equivalent)
Internet speed of at least 30 Mbps
Backup internet connection
Backup computer or device available in case of technical issues
Preferred
Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, sales development, customer service, telemarketing, virtual assistance, or outbound prospecting
Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM systems, and sales engagement platforms
