Establish and maintain effective financial control systems. Prepare and monitor budgets, cash-flow forecasts, and financial plans. Review accounting records, transactions, and financial documents. Supervise preparation of financial statements and management reports. Monitor receivables, payables, cash, bank accounts, inventory, and other financial resources. Ensure proper tax compliance and statutory obligations. Analyze financial performance and advise management. Supervise accounting staff and evaluate performance. Coordinate financial closing and reporting. Safeguard company assets. Develop and implement accounting and financial procedures. About You Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting and Finance or related field. Professional accounting qualification is an advantage. Experience Minimum 9 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years at managerial level. General Minimum Requirement: Basic computer skills are a minimum requirement for all positions. Candidates should be able to use common office applications, email, internet, and relevant computer-based systems. Minimum Computer / Software Requirement Practical knowledge of Peachtree Accounting Software is mandatory. Basic computer skills are mandatory.
