About the Job Manage and prioritize schedules and appointments for executives. Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking. Handle communications, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of executives. Assist with project management and coordination of special projects. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. About You Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Proven experience as an executive assistant or in other administrative roles. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and handle various tasks with deadlines.
