Concrete Production Manager

Educational Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Work Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in ready-mix concrete production, including at least 2 years in a managerial role. Required Skills Knowledge of concrete mix design, batching operations, and quality control. Production planning, resource management, and construction safety procedures. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management systems. Key Responsibilities Plan and supervise daily concrete production operations. Ensure product quality and compliance with technical specifications. Manage production schedules, raw materials, and operational efficiency.
