Relevant experience may include financial management, human resources administration, marketing or general business management. Experience in manufacturing or an industrial organization is an advantage. Key Skills and Competencies Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Knowledge of human resources management and employment practices.Marketing, customer relationship management and business development skills.Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.Analytical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure.Integrity, accountability, confidentiality and professional ethics.Ability to prepare management reports and present recommendations clearly. Key Responsibilities Oversee financial management, budgeting, financial reporting and cost control.Support regulatory compliance, risk management and mitigation.Advise management on financial performance, investment decisions and resource allocation.Oversee recruitment, workforce planning, employee engagement and personnel administration.Coordinate business operations and support effective management decision-making.
