Key Responsibilities Assist with daily logistics, transportation, and delivery coordination. Support the receiving, storage, handling, and dispatch of goods. Track shipments and follow up on delivery schedules. Prepare and maintain delivery notes, invoices, shipment records, and other logistics documents. Assist with inventory monitoring and regular stock checks. Coordinate with warehouse teams, suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments. Update records of incoming and outgoing goods accurately. Support import and export activities, including customs clearance documentation when required. Help identify and resolve delivery delays and inventory discrepancies. Prepare logistics reports and maintain accurate records. Follow company logistics procedures and policies. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Basic knowledge of logistics, inventory control, and warehouse operations is an advantage. Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
