User Management advisor

IMO-Ethiopian User Operations Job Responsibilities 1. Communicate with and provide daily support to users in Ethiopia, collect user feedback, and coordinate with relevant teams to drive product feature improvements. 2. Translate and proofread content in Ethiopian languages to ensure natural, accurate, and culturally appropriate expression. 3. Plan and execute localized activities based on the cultural background and consumer preferences of Ethiopian users. Requirements 1. Full or near Full-proficiency in Afaan Oromo, with a good understanding of local culture. English proficiency is required as a working language. Knowledge of Amharic is a plus. 2. Strong communication, cross-cultural understanding, and problem-solving skills. Experience in user operations, live streaming, or voice chat rooms is preferred. 3. Basic data analysis skills and proficiency in common office software, such as Excel and Word. Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
