Role Description
This is contract on-site role for a Senior Marketing / Digital Marketing / Sales Specialist located in Bahir Dar, Ethiopia. In this position, you will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing and digital strategies to drive brand growth and customer engagement. Key daily tasks include creating and managing online marketing campaigns, analyzing web analytics, optimizing social media and digital advertising efforts, and enhancing customer communication strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals. This position is extensive door to door sales work if you are not willing to do that please don't apply.
Qualifications
Expertise in Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, and Social Media Marketing
Strong sales experience
Proficiency in Web Analytics and analysis of campaign performance metrics
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective campaign development and engagement
Strategic mindset with strong organizational and project management abilities
Familiarity with marketing technologies and tools, including CRM and email platforms
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
5+ years of relevant professional experience in digital marketing or a related discipline
