As a Customer Retention Specialist , you'll develop and execute strategies that increase repeat purchases, reduce customer churn, and maximize Customer Lifetime Value (CLV). You'll work closely with leading e-commerce brands to create personalized customer journeys that foster loyalty and long-term engagement. Key Responsibilities Your primary focus will be maximizing Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), strengthening customer loyalty, and improving long-term retention through strategic, data-driven initiatives. Retention Strategy: Develop and execute multi-channel retention campaigns across email, SMS, and loyalty programs to increase repeat purchases and customer engagement. Churn Analysis & Intervention: Analyze customer behavior and identify churn indicators to create targeted campaigns that retain at-risk customers. Win-Back Campaigns: Design, implement, and optimize personalized reactivation campaigns that encourage former customers to return. Loyalty Program Management: Manage and optimize customer loyalty and rewards programs to improve enrollment, engagement, and redemption rates. Subscription Lifecycle Management: Support subscription-based brands by optimizing onboarding, renewal, and cancellation experiences to improve customer retention. Reporting & Customer Segmentation: Track key retention metrics such as Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), Repeat Purchase Rate, and Churn Rate while leveraging CRM tools for advanced audience segmentation. What We're Looking For Required Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer retention, CRM marketing, lifecycle marketing, or loyalty program management. E-commerce Expertise: Experience working with customer retention strategies in an e-commerce environment. Familiarity with platforms such as Klaviyo, ReCharge, or similar retention tools is highly preferred. Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret customer data, segment audiences, measure campaign performance, and optimize retention initiatives. Technical Skills: Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, or similar email and SMS marketing platforms is an advantage. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a remote environment. Self-Motivated: Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote workplace. Technical Requirements A dedicated desktop or laptop with an Intel Core i5 processor, AMD equivalent, or better. A stable internet connection with minimum speeds of 25 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload. A quiet, professional workspace suitable for video meetings and uninterrupted communication.
